Return Policy for Transportation Charter Services

At OuiLuxury LLC, we are committed to providing exceptional charter transportation services. We understand that plans may change, and we aim to make the cancellation and refund process as clear and straightforward as possible. Please review our return policy below for charter bookings.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellations by the Client
Advance Notice Required:
Cancellations must be made at least [30 days] prior to the scheduled service to qualify for a full or partial refund.
Refund Schedule:
100% Refund: If canceled [30 days] or more before the scheduled service date.
50% Refund: If canceled [29-15 days] before the scheduled service date.
No Refund: For cancellations made less than [15] before the scheduled service or for no-shows.
Rescheduling:
Clients may reschedule their booking at no additional cost if the request is made at least [20] in advance of the original service date. Rescheduling within [14 days] of the scheduled service may incur additional fees.
Cancellations by OuiLuxury LLC
If we must cancel a service due to unforeseen circumstances, we will provide either:
A full refund of the service amount.
An option to reschedule at a mutually agreed-upon time.
No Refunds for Completed Services
Once a service has been completed, no refunds will be issued.
Refund Processing
